We are currently seeking a Factory HR Business Partner to join our team. As the TEAL-Head-HRBP, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the factory setting. This role requires a professional individual who can effectively partner with factory leadership to drive HR initiatives and support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with factory leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for factory employees
- Conduct training and development programs for factory staff
- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a factory setting
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
