Job Role:
We are looking for experienced field collection officers to handle chit fund and finance collections in Coimbatore city. The candidate should be capable of tight follow-up, customer visits, overdue recovery, default customer handling, and daily collection reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily follow-up with due and overdue customers
- Field visits for regular and default collections
- Early morning visits may be required for default cases
- Handle customer commitments and ensure payment collection
- Maintain daily collection reports and visit updates
- Coordinate with Collection Head for recovery planning
- Follow company collection process and maintain professional conduct
Eligibility:
- Minimum degree qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in field collection
- Chit fund collection experience preferred
- Finance / loan recovery experience also accepted
- Two-wheeler driving license mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred; notice period up to 1 month acceptable
