The Role
We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Growth Specialist to own our lead generation across LinkedIn, Meta, and organic content. You will be responsible for getting the right founders to find BlueOak — and making sure no lead falls through the cracks.
This is not a strategy role. It is a doing role. You will run campaigns, write copy, manage ad spend, track results, and improve every week based on data.
What You Will Do
- Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn and Instagram daily — posts, cards, stories, reels
- Run and optimise paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta — manage budgets, test creatives, reduce cost per lead
- Manage the Funding Score tool funnel — monitor submissions, track completion rates, identify drop-off points
- Maintain and update the content calendar across all channels
- Capture and organise all inbound leads in the CRM — ensure no lead is missed
- Send and track WhatsApp and email follow-up sequences for new leads
- Report weekly on lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and channel performance
- A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages continuously
- Research and identify new lead generation channels and opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or lead generation
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns — you have managed real budgets
- Strong copywriting skills — you can write a post that stops someone from scrolling
- Comfortable with data — you track everything and make decisions based on numbers
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
- Organised and self-directed — you do not need to be told what to do every morning
- Genuine interest in startups, fundraising, or the venture ecosystem is a strong plus
