- Proven experience building production-grade applications in Golang.
- Strong understanding of Go fundamentals, including concurrency, memory management, and error handling.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (JSON).
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and backend system design.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice To Have
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of gRPC, Protobuf, or event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar messaging systems.
- Understanding of system observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Experience with concurrency optimization and performance tuning in Go.
- Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, authentication/authorization).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang applications, services, and APIs.
- Build and operate scalable, secure, and highly available backend systems.
- Leverage Go’s concurrency model (goroutines, channels) to optimize performance and throughput.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing services with a performance-first mindset.
- Contribute to system architecture, code standards, and engineering best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with Go idioms.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging Go libraries, tools, and backend patterns.
Pay: ₹788,822.62 - ₹1,187,271.87 per year
