Analyse, develop, distribute, enforce and update Administration policies and documents and ensure legal compliance
Analyse the effectiveness of our Administration procedures and tools
Organizing around the employee experience by defining employee journeys and identifying the employee moments that matter most and deploying resources accordingly
Ensure Administration plans communicate and align with our mission and objectives
Function as a strategic advisor to the principles of each school/college regarding key organizational and management issues
Work with the foundation’s executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the organisation
Convince management to endorse Administration solutions to solve company shortcomings
Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the Administration needs of strategic goals
Leading recruitment efforts and sitting in on interviews with potential hires
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective
Arrange any travel accommodations and take care of expense forms by communicating between departments
Prepare reports and presentations on Administration-related metrics such as turnover rates, retention rates, etc.
Oversee the digitization of company infrastructure and employee practices by deploying automation where necessary while retaining an effective human workforce and gathering, analysing and acting on employee data to make more informed decisions
Overseeing day-to-day Administration functions of employee attendance, payroll data, preparation of Salary & other perks payment statements, records of staff loan & other deductions and Administration-related Statutory Compliances
Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office and campus operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise administrative staff of various units of the foundation and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas, accommodations, conference registrations, appointments, staff uniforms, etc. for employees
Create and update records and databases with Administration, financial and other data
Track stocks of office and campus supplies and place orders when necessary
Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements.
Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors.
Receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills.
Organize, store and print company documents as needed
Liaises with authorities such as sarpanch, police, BDOs, CIDCO, MTNL, MAHADISCOM, ONGC, etc.
Manage the upkeep of the marine museum and its artefacts
Greeting campus visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties
Any other duties as may be decided by Chairman
Requirements
MBA or MA/MS in Administration Management, Organizational Psychology, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Work experience as a Chief Administration Officer, VP of Administration or similar role
A minimum of 15-20 years of Admin experience
Experience in strategic planning
In-depth knowledge of all Administration functions
Hands-on experience with Administration software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Good understanding of labour legislation
Excellent leadership abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
