About the Role
Sheela Neuro Multi-Speciality Hospital, Rewari is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete Human Resources function of the hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hospital HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, and manpower management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection for doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, administrative staff, and other hospital personnel.
- Coordinate manpower planning, staffing requirements, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing, attendance, deductions, and employee-related payroll matters.
- Manage employee joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, relieving, and full & final settlement processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Professional Tax, and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory consultants/agencies and maintain compliance-related records and documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, rules, and procedures in line with hospital requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, counselling, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Monitor employee performance, appraisals, training, and development activities.
- Coordinate staff orientation, induction programs, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and coordination with various hospital departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports, attrition reports, recruitment status, and other management reports.
- Support hospital management in workforce planning and other HR-related strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, code of conduct, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing, employee performance, manpower requirements, and HR-related concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare or multi-speciality hospital setup.
- Strong understanding of hospital HR operations and manpower management.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple departments and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR-related software.
- Should be organized, responsible, professional, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Profile
Candidates having prior experience in hospital HR / healthcare HR / multi-speciality hospital will be given preference.
Salary: As per experience and hospital policy.
Pay: ₹15,645.94 - ₹35,628.65 per month
