Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Academic Advisor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, converting inquiries into enrollments, and consistently achieving assigned admission targets. Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with the leads generated through calls, walk-ins, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
* Provide effective counselling on program details and guide students in choosing the right course.
* Follow up with leads to ensure enrolment conversions.
* Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in the CRM system.
* Committed and motivated towards achieving admission targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
* Excellent communication and counselling skills.
* Prior experience in EduTech, Student Admissions , or Academic counselling is required.
* Goal-oriented, dedicated, and motivated to meet targets
* Candidates willing to work in Chennai office are only required.
