- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche and volume hiring requirements
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen profiles and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities
- Engage candidates through calls, emails, and networking activities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing trackers in ATS/internal systems
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
- Track sourcing metrics including turnaround time, pipeline quality, and conversion ratios
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing/recruitment
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
