With a commitment to quality, accuracy, and data security, they provide cost-effective solutions and quick turnaround times, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for superior visualization.Role SummaryThe BIM Engineer (Scan to BIM) will be responsible for converting point cloud data into accurate, coordinated Revit MEP models for high-rise residential projects. You will ensure that as-built conditions are faithfully captured, clashes are identified and resolved, and models are delivered to defined LOD and BIM standards. Your work will directly support design decisions, reduce rework on site, and improve cost and time predictability for our clients.Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, electrical) in Revit from point cloud data for high-rise residential projects, aligned to defined LOD and client standards.
- Process and manage point cloud datasets (registration, cleaning, segmentation, alignment) and integrate them into Revit/Autodesk Recap workflows for accurate as-built representation.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and Revit between architectural, structural, and MEP models; document issues and support resolution with design leads.
- Interpret GFC drawings, mark-ups, specifications, and site inputs to update and maintain coordinated BIM models throughout the design/pre-construction phase.
- Adhere to BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, worksets, and model management protocols suitable for consultant deliverables and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, discipline leads, and external consultants to communicate constraints, design changes, and coordination issues in a timely manner.
- Implement rigorous quality control checks on models, views, and extracted drawings to minimize rework, support cost control, and ensure readiness for downstream construction use.
Essential requirements
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Scan to BIM projects for building services, preferably on high-rise residential or similar large building projects

- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP for modeling HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and electrical services from point cloud data

- Experience on Indian high-rise residential projects in Bengaluru or other metro cities
- Basic understanding of quantity take-off and BOQ support from BIM models
- Experience working in a BIM consultancy or design office environment
- Ability to create BIM documentation such as sheets, views, schedules and 2D drawings extracted from models
