We are looking for a creative and responsible Digital Marketing Specialist to manage digital platforms, create engaging content and generate leads through online marketing.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience preferred in digital marketing
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts for both brands
- Plan and schedule posts, reels and stories
- Write captions and manage hashtags
- Respond to customer messages and comments
Content Creation
- Create reels, short videos and marketing visuals
- Plan creative contentzs for products, workshops and promotions
Paid Advertising
- Run and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Run and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
- Monitor ad performance and prepare basic reports
Website & Online Platforms
- Update website content and product information
- Upload and manage product listings
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan campaigns for workshops, festivals and product launches
- Support brand promotions and marketing activities
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
Required Skills
- Experience in Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Google Ads
- Basic photo and video editing
- Good content writing skills
- Understanding of Instagram reels and trends
Preferred Skills
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience with website management or e-commerce
- Interest in art, craft, design or creative products
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
