Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage complete warehouse operations on a daily basis
Lead warehouse staff and ensure discipline, productivity, and team coordination
Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out as per company SOPs
Monitor inward, outward, stock transfers, and dispatch activities
Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams for smooth stock flow
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory
Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Improve warehouse efficiency and process compliance
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in retail, apparel, FMCG, or warehouse operations preferred
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock handling
Ability to manage warehouse staff and operational planning
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of warehouse SOP implementation is required
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
