Job Description :
ERP Technical Developer to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) implementation and ongoing operations. Responsible for the technical build and maintenance of the D365 platform, including customizations, system configuration, and report development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions within D365 F&SCM, following Microsoft best practices for clean, maintainable, and upgrade-safe code.
- Build and configure custom workflows, business events, and alerts to support process automation across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Develop and maintain SSRS, Power BI, and Electronic Reporting (ER) framework reports to meet operational and financial reporting requirements.
- Support the build and testing phases of the D365 implementation, including unit testing of customizations and participation in integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in D365 environments (development, UAT, production), escalating to Microsoft support as appropriate.
- Participate in post-go-live support, addressing break-fix issues, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate the rollout of D365 F&SCM updates, Support system configuration across relevant D365 modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Inventory Management, Project Accounting)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) or Dynamics AX.
- Proficiency in X++ development, including extensions, event handlers, chain of command (CoC), and data contracts.
- Experience building reports using SSRS and the Electronic Reporting (ER) framework; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Experience with D365 integrations using DMF, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, or Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with Finance and Supply Chain functional areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, and/or Project Accounting.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-500, MB-300) are strongly preferred
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
