Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our India team. You’ll play a critical role in the top-of-funnel sales process by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team. If you're passionate about connecting with people, identifying potential clients, and setting the stage for high-impact sales conversations, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit based on predefined criteria.

Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives and help build a strong pipeline.

Use CRM tools to track activity, update lead information, and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-up efforts.

Gather market intelligence and prospect feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and outreach activity.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B or SaaS.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

Self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Familiarity with the Indian B2B market is a plus.
