Position:- Project Engineer for Compressors Industry
Qualification – Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Key Skills Required- MS office, MS Projects. Skills are mandatory
Experience required- 3-5 years of experience in Projects
CTC Budget- Negotiable
Job descriptions:-
- Knowledge of compressors system for components and its functioning.
- Conduct KOM within internal all dept. after documents handover from Sales for scope clarification.
- Conduct KOM with customer for scope clarification, project plan & DCI.
- Project planning, Project status maintaining and submission of MPR to customer.
- Project documentation like DCI updating and document submission to client with follow up for approvals.
- Coordination with client for inspection visit, project status review.
- Coordination with Engineering and Purchase for engineering deliverables and procurement status.
- Resolution of comments on VDR documents by coordinating with Engineering, Quality and purchase.
- Daily review of Project Dashboard for smooth transition of project.
- Communication with client for essentials like drawing submission/drawing approval.
- Project planning and Project status maintaining.
- Project documentation like VDR updating and document submission to client
- Coordination with Sales for commercial activities for a project like LC, PBG date, advance terms as per PO.
- Preparation of LD sheet and presenting to the management
- Handing over project documents to service dept. after completion of project.
- Taking ownership for assigned project from start to till dispatch activity to complete on time.
