Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in staff and sales recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for staff and sales positions
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes
- Graduate in HR or related field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
