Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Set and drive showroom sales targets, mentor staff on premium selling techniques, and close high-value deals.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of the sales and support staff.
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee point-of-sale (POS) billing, conduct regular stock audits, and monitor inventory levels to prevent product stock-outs.
- Customer Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service, handle escalated complaints, and build long-term relationships with VIP clients.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensure the sales floor is clean, properly merchandised, and aligned with company visual and security standards.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data and trends to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
