Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: Minimum 6 months Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) --- About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses, guiding potential students, and driving enrollments. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and other channels Counsel students on available UG & PG online programs based on their career goals Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities clearly Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer experience --- Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or counseling Graduation is mandatory (any stream) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Basic knowledge of online education or ed-tech industry is a plus Ability to work in a target-driven environment --- Preferred Skills: Experience in inside sales / tele-sales Familiarity with CRM tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn --- What We Offer: Competitive salary + attractive incentives Career growth opportunities in the ed-tech industry Supportive and energetic work environment
