About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-driven Internship - Customer Support to manage customer interactions across various online e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling customer queries, assisting customers in placing orders, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through multiple online e-commerce channels including:
- Shopify website
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Other online marketplaces and communication platforms
- Assist customers in:
- Product selection
- Order placement
- Payment-related queries
- Order tracking and issue resolution
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Attend/make approximately 60–80 calls per day to support customer engagement.
- Handling front office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls daily.
