## PARTNER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE — SITVIK SOLAR **Company:** Sitvik Renew Private Limited (Sitvik Solar) **Location:** Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan **Salary:** ₹15,000/month + Incentive **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as Partner Relationship Executive or similar **Department:** Channel & Partner Relations --- **About The Role** Identify, onboard, and manage 5 channel partners independently. Drive partner-generated solar project orders. Coordinate between partners and office team for smooth execution. --- **Key Responsibilities** - **Identify** potential channel partners independently — electricians, contractors, real estate agents, hardware shops in assigned area - Pitch Sitvik Solar partnership model to prospective partners - Onboard new partners — documentation, KYC, agreement signing, orientation training - Manage and support 5 assigned partners on daily and weekly basis - Follow up on partner leads — status update, site visit scheduling, order closure support - Motivate partners to achieve minimum 10 kWp per month per partner - Follow up on customer payment collection — 10%, 85%, and 5% milestones - Coordinate with accounts team for partner commission disbursement - Daily entry of partner activity and order status in CRM - Weekly partner performance report to Manager - Any other related work or any other work assigned by senior --- **Target & Incentive** - Partners Managed: 5 - Minimum Target: 50 kWp/month combined - Incentive: 10% of total commission disbursed to assigned partners - Example: Partners earn ₹1,00,000 commission → You earn ₹10,000 incentive - Qualification** - Graduate — any stream (Preference: BBA — Marketing / Sales & Marketing) - Minimum 1 year experience as Partner Relationship Executive or similar role --- **How To Apply** Send CV on WhatsApp 9216087476
