Job Title: Bartender
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Bar Captain / Restaurant Manager
Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and liquor service regulations.
- Assist in inventory and stock-taking activities.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide beverage recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Bartending (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in hotels, restaurants, or bars.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
