Job Description :-
Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain of professional beauty supplies and retail products
- Stock Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts across the salon, comparing physical inventory against digital records to prevent shrinkage and track expirations.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Order professional back-bar supplies and retail products. Liaise with suppliers to ensure the best cost-effective deals.
- Usage Tracking & Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data and seasonal demand to establish par levels and reduce overstocking or stockouts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments to ensure product integrity and accurate delivery.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in inventory control, preferably in the beauty, spa, or salon industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and working knowledge of salon inventory software (e.g., Zenoti, Abitzu , or Tally).
