Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer Field Executive who will be responsible for onboarding construction vendors, coordinating with customers, and managing field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard construction-related vendors (cement, TMT, hardware, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Visit market regularly
- Coordinate between customers and vendors for smooth operations
- Handle customer queries and ensure proper follow-up
- Track daily activities and report updates to the office team
- Ensure proper documentation and data collection from the field
Requirements:
- Must have own bike and valid driving license (mandatory)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
- Basic understanding of construction materials is a plus
- Ability to handle vendors and customers professionally
Preferred Skills:
- Local market knowledge (Jaipur region)
- Strong networking and convincing skills
- Problem-solving attitude
