We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain our services/products
- Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Confident speaking and convincing abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to handle daily call targets
Preferred:
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
