We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer with strong knowledge in electronics circuit analysis and critical problem-solving. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and customer support at client locations. The role requires excellent technical expertise along with strong customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits effectively.
- Analyze circuit faults and provide quick, reliable solutions.
- Handle critical technical problems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Ensure timely service completion and maintain service reports.
- Maintain good customer relationships through professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal technical and R&D teams for complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of circuit analysis and fault diagnosis.
- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and visit customer sites frequently.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in field service or industrial equipment servicing.
- Knowledge of control panels, or IoT-based systems (if applicable).
- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation and documentation.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
