We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of professional experience to manage financial operations, compliance, taxation, auditing, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to support business growth through effective financial management.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide management reports for decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and government authorities for assessments and audits.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and strengthening internal financial controls.
Accounts & Finance Operations
- Review accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy in accounting entries.
- Support payroll processing and financial documentation.
Business Support & Strategic Planning
- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.
- Provide insights on cost optimization and profitability improvement.
- Evaluate financial feasibility of projects and investments.
- Support management in financial decision-making and business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, or Audit.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
