Managing the patient registration process, coordinating bed assignments, and verifying insurance and payment information
- Patient Intake & Registration: Gather and accurately input patient demographics, medical history, and emergency contacts into the hospital's system.
- Insurance & Financial Verification: Verify insurance coverage, process pre-certifications, obtain necessary authorizations, and explain financial obligations to patients.
- Bed Management: Coordinate with nursing and cleaning staff to monitor bed availability and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the hospital.
- Consent & Compliance: Guide patients through complex consent forms, ensure all legal documents are signed, and strictly adhere to hospital regulations.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from patients and families regarding hospital procedures, services, and visiting hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
