- Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
- Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
- Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance
How you will contribute
A&M is seeking a senior associate to support PMO, Change Management, and Business Transformation engagements. The role will be responsible for driving project governance, tracking strategic initiatives, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. The individual will help establish PMO best practices, develop reporting and monitoring mechanisms, and support change management activities to drive adoption and business outcomes. The role requires strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. The position will initially be based in Gurgaon, with flexibility to travel and relocate as business needs evolve.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of business transformation and PMO initiatives across client engagements
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Prepare project plans, status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee materials
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and delivery of key initiatives
- Lead the implementation of PMO governance frameworks, reporting standards, templates, and best practices
- Take ownership in change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption tracking
- Monitor project KPIs, benefits realization, and overall program performance against defined targets
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, risks, and deliverables
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of direct experience in a PMO role in a Tier 1 consulting (GCC or core delivery) firm
- Proficient in use of Project management tools such as Shibumi, MS-Project Planner, MS-Visio, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Kanban boards, JIRA, Service Now, Azure DevOps
- Understanding of BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and good control on slide creation and excel modelling
- Experience supporting medium to large-scale projects and transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Familiarity with PMO governance, project reporting, and change management practices, combined with a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related field
