Salary & Incentive Structure
6-Month Training & Probation Period:
- Month 1–3: 10,000/month + Incentives
- Month 4–6: 15,000/month + Incentives
- After 6 Months: 22,000–23,000/month + Incentives
Required Skills
- MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification
- Freshers can apply

- Good convincing and negotiation skills

- Willingness to learn and grow in business development
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Schedule client meetings and assist with presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities through market research
- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and sales reports
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for client requirements
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets
