Sales Manager – OTC Division (Madhya Pradesh)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the launch and expansion of our OTC pain relief balm brand across Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the OTC balm business across MP.
- Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and wholesalers.
- Increase product availability in pharmacies and general trade outlets.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage the field sales team.
- Execute trade promotions and market activation programs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OTC, Pharma, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare sales.
- Strong distributor network in Madhya Pradesh preferred.
- Proven experience in territory expansion and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
