We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our travel sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, guiding the team, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback
- Handle high-value clients and assist team members in closing deals
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Ensure proper follow-ups, lead management, and conversion tracking
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaign alignment
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (team handling preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of domestic travel packages
- Ability to handle pressure and manage a team efficiently
