About the Program:
JEEVIKA is a flagship rural livelihoods initiative implemented by the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society under the Government of Bihar. The program works to strengthen rural livelihoods, empower women through self-help groups, and improve program management through digital platforms and data-driven systems.
Role Summary:
The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and managing data infrastructure and pipelines that support analytics and decision-making for the JEEVIKA project. The role includes developing data architecture, implementing data warehousing solutions, and managing ETL processes to ensure reliable and efficient data flow across project systems.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field OR
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, or ETL development.
- Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data systems is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Experience in data warehousing technologies and data modeling
- Hands-on experience in ETL tools and data pipeline development
- Knowledge of Python, data processing frameworks, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms or big data technologies is desirable
- Experience in government or development sector projects.
- Knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a collaborative project environment.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
