Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telugu & Kannada Speaking Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling inquiries, and providing information about products and services in Telugu and Kannada.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Communicate effectively with Telugu and Kannada-speaking customers.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu and Kannada (speaking is mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of English or Tamil.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
