To identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the civil construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, tender identification, project coordination, and relationship management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Generate leads through architects, consultants, builders, industries, government departments, and private clients.
- Track and identify government and private tenders through various tender portals.
- Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs), prequalification documents, and business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, project management companies (PMCs), and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with estimation, tendering, and project teams for timely bid submissions.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
