Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Hacker with a strong background in business development, marketing expansion, and revenue generation, specifically within the Blockchain/Web3 services domain. This role is not just about marketing—it’s about owning growth, identifying new revenue channels, and bringing high-value blockchain development projects to the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive end-to-end business acquisition for Blockchain services (DeFi, NFTs, Tokenization, Smart Contracts, L2 solutions, etc.)
- Identify, qualify, and close high-ticket global clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via inbound and outbound strategies
2) Market Expansion & Positioning
- Identify new market opportunities, geographies, and verticals
- Position ChicMic as a trusted blockchain development partner
- Develop GTM strategies for new service offerings
3) Growth Hacking & Marketing
- Execute data-driven growth experiments across channels (LinkedIn, Web3 communities, outbound campaigns)
- Leverage Web3 ecosystems, events, DAOs, and communities for lead generation
- Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI
4) Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Build partnerships with Web3 platforms, protocols, incubators, and VCs
- Create strategic alliances to generate consistent deal flow
Qualifications
- Must hold 4–8 years of experience in Growth / Business Development / Marketing
- Proven track record of closing deals in Blockchain/Web3 services
- Strong understanding of: DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Tokenization , Smart Contracts (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.)
- Experience with B2B sales in IT/Blockchain services companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with revenue accountability
- Existing network in Web3 founders, startups, or investors
- Prior experience in a services-based tech company
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working with global clients (US, Europe, MENA)
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
