Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the company.
- Manage customer inquiries, order confirmations, and post-order communication.
- Coordinate closely with the Production Department to line up jobs as per customer delivery commitments.
- Prepare and update job schedules in coordination with production supervisors.
- Track order status and proactively update customers regarding production progress and dispatch timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, follow-ups, and customer communication using Google Sheets.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong command over Google Sheets (data entry, tracking, basic formulas, and reporting).
- Ability to understand manufacturing workflows and production timelines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Confident, polite, and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
