Business Development Executive (sales)
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to connect with farmers and promote agricultural solutions over calls. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with farmers and explain product benefits clearly
- Build trust and convert conversations into sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups and customer data
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Eligibility:
- BSC - AGRI Degree/Diploma in Agriculture
- 6 months–2 years experience in pesticides/fertilizers preferred
- Fluent in Telugu (Hindi & English added advantage)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Freshers are eligible for internship
What We Offer:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
- Fixed Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
