Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage recruitment process from requirement understanding to joining
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Handle basic HR operations and documentation
- Communicate with clients and candidates professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
- Freshers can also apply (HR internship/experience preferred)
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
