About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Recruitment and HR Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk hiring, team management, and recruitment operations within the BPO or BFSI industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles across the organization.
- Manage recruitment operations and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, team productivity, and hiring performance.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment databases, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and company standards.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria Experience
- 5–7 Years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
- Mandatory experience in the BPO or BFSI industry.
- Experience split:
- 70% Recruitment
- 30% HR Operations
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring and manpower planning.

Salary & Benefits
