Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marathi-speaking Education Counselors to guide students regarding our educational programs. The candidate should be confident in communicating with students and parents, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right course.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents over phone.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi (English communication is a plus).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Graduation preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Sales, telesales, or education counseling experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
