Role Summary
Responsible for project estimation, quantity take-offs, cost analysis, budgeting, and commercial support for pharmaceutical engineering and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CAPEX estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
- Develop cost estimates for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Perform cost benchmarking and variance analysis.
- Support tender evaluations and bid analysis.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for scope and pricing inputs.
- Prepare estimate reports and commercial summaries.
Required Skills
- Cost estimation and quantity surveying expertise.
- Experience in EPC/EPCM or pharmaceutical projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with estimating software/tools preferred.
Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to support US EST time-zone meetings.
