Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
