About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team. If you're someone who enjoys developing winning SEO strategies, mentoring team members, and turning data into measurable business results, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing SEO initiatives, improving website visibility, increasing traffic, and ensuring the team consistently delivers high quality results. You'll work closely with marketing teams to build scalable SEO strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SEO Executives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website performance.
- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities across multiple websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve rankings, user experience, and conversions.
- Collaborate with Content, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital initiatives.
- Track key SEO metrics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
- Review team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Assign tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable SEO workflows to increase team efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 6-7 years of over all experience with 2+ years of Team Leader Experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, link-building strategies, and website audits.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
