Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day human resource operations across our restaurant/food court operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and overall people management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Coordinate manpower requirements with operations and management teams.
Maintain employee records, joining documents, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, incentives, and deductions.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Coordinate employee training, induction, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety programs.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
Conduct regular HR visits to outlets and address employee-related concerns.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate full-and-final settlement and exit formalities.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, attendance reports, and other management MIS.
Work closely with operations managers to maintain adequate manpower and improve employee productivity.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
Working knowledge of payroll and attendance processes.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/attendance systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
3–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or food court industry.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in multi-outlet HR operations, frontline manpower recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, and statutory compliance will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
