About the Role
Zephyr Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head (B2B) to lead our institutional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, expanding our institutional network, and driving business growth through B2B marketing and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Lead institutional tie-ups, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare marketing plans, reports, and performance analysis.
- Manage the B2B marketing team and ensure target achievement.
- Represent the organization at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Business Development.
- Strong network-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in achieving business targets.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech sector is an added advantage.
