Job ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning
- Daily production planning as per customer requirements.
- Preparation of production schedules and work orders.
- Monitoring daily production targets and achievements.
Material Planning
- Coordination with Store and Purchase Departments for material availability.
- Monitoring raw material stock for uninterrupted production.
- Planning material requirements based on production schedules.
Production Coordination
- Coordination with Production, Quality, Tool Room and Dispatch Departments.
- Follow-up for production completion as per plan.
- Monitoring machine utilization and production efficiency.
Reporting & Documentation
- Preparation of Daily Production Reports (DPR).
- Maintaining production records and planning sheets.
- Generating MIS reports and production status reports.
Inventory Control
- Monitoring finished goods inventory.
- Ensuring proper stock availability as per dispatch plan.
- Maintaining FIFO practices and inventory accuracy.
