We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and proactive On-Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage daily operations at our construction site. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between the design office, project managers, and the construction crew. You will ensure that works are executed in strict accordance with engineering designs, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring all structural, civil, and finishing works align perfectly with approved blueprints, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship. Ensure all materials used meet the required standards.
- Project Scheduling & Tracking: Monitor daily progress against the master schedule.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site diaries, daily progress reports, material logs, and labor attendance. Prepare weekly and monthly progress summaries for senior management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
