Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for SS Hyundai Mavelikara. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in automobile sales, and the ability to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor showroom sales performance and prepare reports
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential
- Conduct team training and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with marketing and finance departments for smooth operations
- Ensure proper follow-up of customer enquiries and leads
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automobile sales/team handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to achieve targets under pressure
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills
- Graduation preferred
- Valid driving license preferred
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in Hyundai or other four-wheeler dealership sales will be given preference.
