Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineers to manage on-site execution of civil construction works. The role involves supervision, coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely progress of site activities in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors at site
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and daily work schedules
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards
- Check and verify measurements, quantities, and billing inputs
- Execute work as per approved BOQs and drawings
- Maintain site records including DPR (Daily Progress Reports)
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and machinery
- Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and site protocols
Key Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1-4 years of experience in construction site execution
- Experience in residential / commercial projects preferred
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site execution processes
- Ability to manage contractors and site workforce effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familiarity with billing and quantity take-offs
- Experience in finishing works will be an added advantage
- Exposure to site documentation and reporting

Pay: ₹12,212.70 - ₹37,618.98 per month
