Primary Role
The Driver shall be responsible for safe, professional and timely transportation of founders, management personnel, employees, guests, visitors, materials, documents and company assets. The Driver shall also perform operational runner duties as assigned by the Company.
Core ResponsibilitiesA. Driving Responsibilities
- Safely drive company-owned, leased or authorized vehicles.
- Transport founders, management, employees, guests, customers and vendors.
- Perform airport pickups and drop-offs.
- Ensure punctual arrival and departure for all scheduled assignments.
- Maintain valid driving licence and comply with all traffic regulations.
- Keep vehicle clean, presentable and operational at all times.
B. Runner Responsibilities
- Deposit and collect documents from government offices, banks, consultants, vendors and clients.
- Deliver contracts, cheques, invoices, parcels and operational documents.
- Assist with procurement of supplies and materials.
- Support hospitality, resort and operational activities as directed by management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and maintenance personnel.
C. Vehicle Care Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection.
- Monitor fuel levels and vehicle servicing schedules.
- Maintain logbook and trip records.
- Report accidents, breakdowns or defects immediately.
- Ensure all vehicle documents remain valid and available.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Familiarity with Goa roads and routes preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests and management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
