About This Role
We are a remote-first business process company handling US insurance campaigns. We are hiring freshers who are confident in English, available for early morning shifts, and looking to earn significantly more than a standard fresher salary through a transparent fixed plus performance bonus structure.
No prior experience needed. Full paid training provided.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to US-based consumers regarding insurance plans
- Explain plan options clearly and answer basic queries
- Identify eligible and interested prospects through guided conversations
- Transfer qualified calls to the next stage of the process
- Maintain call logs and meet daily quality and volume targets
Requirements
- Clear and confident spoken English — this is the only non-negotiable
- Own laptop or desktop in working condition
- Stable broadband connection, minimum 10 Mbps required
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience welcome
- Graduates or final year students from any stream
Preferred Locations
Candidates based in smaller cities and towns are highly preferred. If you have good English and the required setup, location is not a barrier.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary paid on time every month
- Additional performance bonus based on targets
- High-performing associates earn ₹20,000–₹25,000+ in total monthly take-home
- Offer letter and employment documents provided on joining

- Monday to Friday only
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
- Weekends completely off
